You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items delivered incorrectly or damaged during transit

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items used, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Special/customized/personalized products (unless defective)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” where applicable

. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to return.
  3. Click “Request Return” and follow the instructions.
  4. Specify the reason for return and upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.
